Lead Pharmacist Clinical Services & Medicines Optimisation

Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior hospital pharmacist to lead on clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation across the Moorfields network. The post-holder will guide quality improvement, governance, and cost-effective prescribing.
