Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist – Community Health MDT

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a GPhC registered pharmacist to join our community health team, providing medicines management across community hospitals. You will work with MDT, prescribers and pharmacy technicians, focusing on clinical checks and patient safety while supporting non-medical prescribing where qualified.

Full induction, shadowing, and training will be provided; occasional travel to hospital sites is expected, with free parking on site.
