Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
Heritage | Cultural | Prime Residential | Adaptive Reuse
My client, an established and award-winning architectural practice, is looking for experienced Senior Architects and Senior Architectural Technologists to join their London team.
You’ll work on an exceptional portfolio of heritage, cultural, adaptive reuse and high-end private residential projects, ranging from one-off luxury homes to major £100m+ projects involving some of the UK’s most significant existing buildings.
What They’re Looking For
Senior Architects: ARB registered with ideally 3-7+ years’ post-qualification experience
Senior Technologists: ideally 10+ years’ industry experience
Strong Revit skills and technical delivery experience
Experience across RIBA Stages 3-6
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, detailing and construction
Experience with existing, historic or listed buildings
Cultural, conservation, adaptive reuse or prime residential experience highly desirable
Confident coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Strong project running, communication and leadership skills
Experience mentoring or managing junior team members advantageous
