Hybrid Public Liaison Officer — Public Engagement

Greater London Authority in London is recruiting two Public Liaison Officers to join the Public Liaison Unit at City Hall. You will be the frontline between the public and the Mayor, handling enquiries via telephone, email, post and digital channels, and ensuring accurate, timely responses.

You will support schools and community education programmes, promote democratic engagement, and help identify emerging issues from public feedback.
