Senior CRM Product Lead (Salesforce) – Banking

Handelsbanken is seeking a senior CRM product leader to drive the evolution of Salesforce-based CRM across Personal Banking, Corporate Banking and Wealth Management. You will oversee discovery, prioritisation and delivery, build roadmaps, and coach a community of Digital Product Owners.

You will collaborate across Technology, Change, Data and Compliance to ensure value, governance and risk are managed while delivering measurable business outcomes for the Bank.
