Lead Events Planner – Part-Time, High-Volume

Harri in Brockenhurst is seeking an Event Planner (Part-Time) to own the full event lifecycle from enquiry through delivery in a premium, high-volume hospitality venue hosting conferences, private celebrations, charity events and awards ceremonies.

You will manage enquiries, create event plans and timelines, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, oversee day-of delivery and invoicing, and work with the operations team to ensure consistent quality.
