Performance Marketing Lead – Hybrid, Budget Ownership

Peregrine Livefoods Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media across Google, Meta and TikTok, driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will set strategy, manage budget and report ROAS, CAC and paid-channel revenue to the Head of E-commerce.

You will forecast budgets, build audiences, and optimize GA4 measurement while collaborating with senior stakeholders. This role requires presence in Harlow on Tue-Thu within a hybrid pattern.
