Shift Lead – Food Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Mller UK & Ireland’s Droitwich Dairy is seeking a Shift Lead for the Process Department. The role is permanent, full-time with a 4 on 4 off pattern (days & nights 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00).

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement on the shop floor. You will manage performance, attendance and employee relations, implement development plans, and champion Operational Excellence using PDCA and waste reduction to deliver cost
