Are you a Technical Manager from a Food Manufacturing background looking to take the next step of your career and take full autonomy of a growing manufacturing business where you can use your expertise to lead major accreditation projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business with a high level of responsibility to develop systems, improve standards and drive technical performance across site.
The company have gone from strength to strength in recent years and they are now looking for an experienced technical professional to take ownership of the site’s technical and quality function.
You will be responsible for leading the technical and quality function, supporting the business through its next stage of development and working towards BRCGS accreditation. You’ll oversee food safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement, while developing robust processes and supporting the wider QA / technical team.
This role would suit someone looking to take genuine ownership of a technical function, lead a significant accreditation project and develop their career within a growing manufacturing business.
The Role:
- Lead the technical and quality function across the manufacturing site
- Take ownership of the transition to BRCGS accreditation
- Monday to Friday – days
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager, Quality Manager or Senior QA professional within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SALSA and BRCGS standards
- Looking for an autonomous role with a high level of influence
