Facilities Project Engineer — Manufacturing Site Upgrades (Days)

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer for a large FMCG manufacturing site in Andover. You will manage facilities and capital infrastructure projects, working with engineering, maintenance and operations.

The role focuses on delivering site improvements, driving energy efficiency, safety and compliance (HSE, GMP), with a Monday–Friday days pattern and a salary around £49,000 plus up to 10% bonus and excellent benefits.
