VIVID is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee ground works across Portsmouth and the surrounding South Hampshire area. You will lead operatives, plan tool/equipment needs, follow standard routines and adapt to unplanned events, such as repairs in communal areas.

A company tablet and mobile help with inspections and reporting, with training provided. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence (1 year) and a trailer licence; DBS checks apply.
