Highways & Transport Engineer — Project Lead

North East Lincolnshire Council is recruiting an Engineer to lead planning, designing, coordinating and delivering engineering schemes. You will apply professional judgement to assess risks, interpret standards and ensure works are carried out safely and in line with statutory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate complex technical information for colleagues, elected Members and the public.
