Engineering Shift Lead: Lead & Mentor Maintenance Team

NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an Engineering Shift Lead to join their East Kilbride site. The role is a hands-on leadership position with roughly 60/40 split between leading the shift day-to-day and coaching the wider engineering team.

You’ll manage maintenance schedules, triage breakdowns, mentor engineers, and drive improvements while maintaining GMP and site safety standards across FMCG operations.
