Sphere Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer / Site Agent for a major civil project in Bristol. You will oversee earthworks and backfilling around RC frame structures, leading site teams and coordinating with pre-construction activities.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, proven leadership on complex sites, and the ability to develop methodology, programmes, and sequencing from pre-construction through delivery and close-out.
