Engineer – Lead Highways & Transport Projects

North East Lincolnshire Council’s Highways and Transport service is seeking an Engineer to lead planning, design, coordination and delivery of engineering schemes and programmes. You will assess risks, interpret standards, develop practical solutions, and ensure works are delivered safely, in line with requirements.

You’ll manage contractors, oversee site activity, review technical information, and provide professional advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
