Avtron, a global leader in load banks and dynamometers, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong Lean and Continuous Improvement focus to drive operational excellence on the shop floor at Easton on the Hill, Stamford.

You will balance hands-on manufacturing engineering with Lean initiatives, lead Kaizen events, coach production teams, develop standard work, and deliver high-visibility cost-saving projects, reporting to the Lean Manager and senior leadership.
