Manufacturing Automation Engineer – Robotics & Processes

Macstaff is seeking a Manufacturing Automation Engineer in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will own automation projects from concept through to implementation, designing and improving PLC-controlled equipment and production processes in a high-volume environment.

The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, working cross-functionally with Production, Design and Quality teams to deliver reliable machinery, automation solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
