Quantity Surveyor – Housebuilding Lead (West Yorkshire)

Energy Jobline ZR in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and financial management on new-build housing developments. You will oversee cost planning, procurement, valuations, and subcontract management to keep schemes on budget and on programme.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will build strong relationships with site teams and supply chain partners while driving cost certainty and value across multiple projects.
