Lead HSE Manager, Data Centre Construction

Walker & Sloan is recruiting an experienced HSE Manager to support a major hyperscale data centre project in Hayes, West London. The role is hands-on, involving on-site leadership, risk assessment reviews and ensuring compliance with legal, client and company requirements.

You will engage with site operatives through to senior management, delivering inductions, toolbox talks and continuous improvement of HSE processes in a complex mission-critical environment.
