Resident Liaison Officer – Housing Repairs (Preston)

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support a housing contractor on a Preston site. The role is a temporary contract for 7 months with potential extension; hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; rate is 14–16 per hour depending on experience.

You will be the first point of contact for residents during planned works, ensuring updates are clear and handling any complaints. A full clean driving licence and DBS-clear record are required.
