Michael Taylor Search & Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Estimator to manage the tender and preconstruction process from initial enquiry through to project award and handover.

You will coordinate estimating, design, programming, procurement and contractual requirements, review drawings and specifications, and prepare cost plans, pricing and procurement trackers to support successful bids and project execution.
