Orthodontic Practice Growth Partner

The Invisible Orthodontist (TIO) is seeking a Practice Consultant to grow and optimise a portfolio of Member practices across the South of the UK & Ireland. You will act as a business advisor, use data to drive performance, and coach teams to improve case starts, ROI, and adoption of TIO growth strategies.

You’ll build trusted relationships with practice owners, run reviews, train teams on the TIO program and PRM system, and own growth, retention and performance for your patch.
