Strategic Learning & Development Lead

GIPSIL is seeking a Learning and Training Lead to shape and lead workforce development across the organisation. You will ensure staff have access to high-quality learning opportunities, maintain training compliance and help create a culture of continuous improvement.

Working with senior leaders and partners, you will develop workforce development plans, oversee learning systems and reporting, and expand GIPSIL’s external training offer while strengthening internal capacity.
