The Opportunity

I’m currently working with a well-established, successful regional practice in the North West that’s looking to expand its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor who is at least 1 PQE.

The firm has built a strong reputation locally for quality service and client care, with a loyal client base and regular referral work. You’ll be joining a established, close-knit team in a firm that genuinely values work-life balance, autonomy, and professionalism.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including:
  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and help to buy
  • Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts
  • You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, with access to administrative support and conveyancing software to streamline processes. The firm encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to client service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across all standard residential property matters
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience (£35-45k DOE)
  • Friendly, supportive working environment
  • Career development opportunities within a growing firm
  • Onsite Parking
  • Other benefits including discounted legal services and birthday holiday
