Food Floor Lead: Drive Service, Fill & Open Ops

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a focused Floor Lead to supervise the fill operation, coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill and stepping in during the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You will lead a team to ensure a quick payment experience, maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store, and role model customer service and M&S behaviours across the store. This frontline role also covers opening/closing duties, cash handling, and supporting nearby stores when needed.
