Regional Housing Support & Stability Lead

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities is seeking a Housing Support Manager to serve a portfolio of customers and their whānau, building strong, lasting relationships to meet housing and wellbeing needs. You will travel regionally, visit homes, and participate in stakeholder meetings to tailor support and maintain services.

You will handle rent arrears and debt recovery, de-escalate difficult conversations, and work as part of a diverse, high-performing team focused on housing and social stability
