Senior HR & People Development Partner

Shropdoc is seeking a Senior People and Development Officer to join our small, collaborative People team in Shrewsbury. You will provide practical HR advice to managers, support employee relations matters and help develop our people through learning and development initiatives.

Based at our head office in Shrewsbury, the role is 30 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–3pm) with 1 day remote working, offering a pro rata salary of £35,000–£38,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
