The Opportunity
Are you a driven property professional with a proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share? A well-established and highly regarded London estate agency is looking for an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join its expanding team.
Covering both residential sales and lettings, this is a genuine new business role for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors and driving revenue. You’ll be joining a business known for its expert guidance, personalised service and loyal base of returning customers, with the backing of a supportive team and a commission structure that rewards your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new sales and lettings instructions across the local area
- Generating valuation opportunities and converting them into instructions
- Building and nurturing relationships with landlords, vendors, investors and developers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow market share
- Working closely with the wider team to support branch performance and revenue growth
- Consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Meeting and exceeding individual and branch targets
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in residential sales or lettings, ideally with exposure to new business development or lead generation
- A target driven, commercially minded approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build lasting relationships
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the London property market (desirable)
