Catering Manager: Lead 24/7 Ops, Food Safety & Service

TJ Morris Ltd. is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a busy on-site catering operation in Liverpool.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage staff, ensure food safety compliance and drive improvements in service quality and efficiency. You will develop the team, monitor costs, and work with suppliers to maintain high standards of food, presentation and customer experience in a fast-paced environment, including weekend shifts.
