Hybrid Demand Planning Analyst – Forecast, Stock & Growth

Strive is recruiting a Retail Demand Planning Analyst for a hybrid role in Stevenage. You will own stock planning, forecasting and inventory performance across a high-SKU range, working with Buying, Operations and Finance to ensure product availability while optimising stock investment.

As part of a fast-growing, design-led brand, you will analyse sales performance, manage WSSI and trade plans, and contribute to weekly commercial meetings. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are desirable.
