OpenTable, a Booking Holdings brand, is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Representative in London. You will assist a global community of restaurants and diners, handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and WhatsApp, while learning our technology and delivering outstanding service.

Hybrid role based in London three days per week with a focus on empathy, problem solving and ownership of customer issues. Fluency in German and English is required, with prior support experience preferred.
