Customer Service Advisor – Call Centre Temp-to-Perm

Huntress is recruiting a reliable Call Centre Agent for a client in Norwich, on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The role is office-based with a 9am–5pm, Monday-to-Friday schedule, handling customer enquiries by phone and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to calls, make outbound outreach, and support the admin team with general office tasks while maintaining a courteous, professional, and empathetic approach.
