Facilities Coordinator – Central London Operations & Compliance

Tech-People is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a commercial building team in Central London. You will support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep the site compliant and well-maintained.

The role requires IOSH certification, strong Excel and Office skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours per week, with umbrella PAYE payroll options.
