What you’ll do

• Manage property asset activities
• Support freehold and leasehold management
• Manage landlord and tenant matters
• Support property acquisitions
• Support property disposals
• Assist with estate optimisation

What we’re looking for

• Property or surveying experience
• Knowledge of asset management
• Understanding of leasehold and freehold property
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good commercial awareness
