Project Coordinator – Defense Projects, Flexible Hours

MacTaggart Scott is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on major projects, coordinating, expediting, and administrating to help deliver on time and within budget. Initially supervised, you will grow to take more responsibility, maintain schedules in the ERP, manage meeting minutes, liaise with departments and customers, and help ensure quality and contractual compliance.
