Lead Personal Injury Claims Team – Hybrid

Tesco Insurance and Money Services in Newcastle is seeking a Personal Injury Team Leader to guide a team of around 10 Personal Injury Claims Handlers from notification through to settlement. You will coach, develop and drive performance to ensure fair, accurate and efficient outcomes for customers.

This role offers hybrid working with two onsite days per week, and a salary from £36,500 to £41,500 depending on experience, plus annual bonus and benefits.
