Multi-Channel Customer Service Advisor (Fixed Term)

THG Ingenuity Ltd. is seeking a Fixed Term – Customer Service Advisor for a 3–6 month period at Gadbrook Park, Northwich. You will handle inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, resolving order issues and providing product advice while upholding our service standards.

The role requires strong communication, a customer‑centric approach and a willingness to learn, with shifts 8am–8pm and a 1 in 3 weekend rotation. Office-based in Northwich.
