Compliance & Licensing Administrator
Location: Chester, Office Based
Salary: £25,000
Permanent | Full Time
Key responsibilities
- Preparing, processing and submitting licence and permit applications and renewals
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems
- Coordinating compliance documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Liaising with external regulatory bodies and local authorities
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Supporting field-based teams with licensing and compliance queries
- Producing correspondence, reports and documentation as required
- Assisting with audits, due diligence activities and compliance checks
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
To be successful in this role
- Previous experience within an administration, compliance or regulatory environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
