Customer Operations Lead – Drive Service & KPIs

Huws Gray is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational management of a customer portfolio and ensure service levels are exceeded. The role works closely with Sales Relationship Managers to meet contractual obligations and drive improvements across the business.

The successful candidate will deliver KPIs, manage orders, stock, and invoices while collaborating with branch teams and senior stakeholders.
