Heritage Refurbishment Project Manager – London Live Site

360 Recruitment is sourcing a focused Project Manager for a prestigious heritage refurbishment in Central London. You will lead the delivery of a £15m scheme, coordinating M&E upgrades, sprinkler works and light refurbishment within a live, occupied building.

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will drive programme, safety and quality across multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and challenging timelines to deliver a landmark project on time and to exacting standards.
