Part-Time IT & Office Operations Specialist

IXL Learning, a US-based global edtech leader, seeks an IT Support & Operations Specialist for MyTutor in its London office on Old Street. This part-time role (20 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9am-1pm) focuses on technical operations, onboarding, and office coordination to keep the workspace efficient and welcoming.

You will support Google Workspace, Slack, VPNs, and backend systems, resolve hardware/software issues, and help maintain critical documentation.
