Assistant Lettings Manager — Lead a High-Performing Team

BCT Resourcing is recruiting an Assistant Lettings Manager for a flagship branch, Essex. You will support the Lettings Manager and lead a busy residential lettings team, developing customer service and branch performance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in lettings, strong leadership, and a proactive, commercially minded approach. A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary £40,000 – £42,000 OTE + Company Car/Car Allowance, full-time permanent employment, with generous benefits.
