Barista Maestro & Team Leader — Lead, Inspire & Brew

Scoffs Group, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is recruiting Barista Maestros (Team Leaders) for a 15-hour-per-week contract. You’ll coordinate a friendly shift, lead by example, and ensure every customer enjoys warm service and great coffee.

No prior barista experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We offer full training, life balance perks, confidential counselling, Wagestream access, a company pension, and free lunch on every shift.
