Linsco are seeking a Customer Care Co-Ordinator for their head office in Solihull on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating reported defects from receipt to completion, ensuring works are actioned efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout the process.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service and administration experience, excellent telephone manners, and reliable IT skills (including Excel).
