HR and Administration Officer
Living Well Consortium (LWC) is recruiting for an HR and Administration Officer to work across LWC operations and Solihull Moors Football Club.
Living Well Consortium is a network of third sector mental health organisations working collectively to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Birmingham and Solihull. The organisation has secured contracts to deliver psychological support to people across this area through the NHS Talking Therapies (NHS TT) programme.
The post holder will provide administrative support across operations at Solihull Moors Football Club three days per week. This includes maintaining player registrations and records, supporting with arranging fixtures, arranging correspondence related to the football club, and assisting with administration connected with the football academy.
Two days a week, the successful candidate will work within LWC’s HR team to support with recruitment processes, logging leave, maintaining personnel records, and completing administration related to a variety of employee lifecycle processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background in addition to excellent organisational and communication skills.
Terms and Conditions
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £26,921.51 pro rata per annum
- Hybrid working with in person working at LWC and Solihull Moors sites three days per week
