The Role
You will schedule daily workloads, manage appointments, allocate jobs to trades colleagues and contractors, update records and support a professional service for tenants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, diaries and workloads.
- Allocate jobs to trade colleagues and contractors.
- Monitor deadlines, service standards and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records across office systems.
- Respond to tenant and stakeholder queries.
- Resolve scheduling issues and escape where needed.
Essential Criteria
- Previous scheduling, planning, administration or resource coordination experience.
- Confident using office systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face contact.
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage priorities and maintain accurate records.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent experience.
- Available to work 8:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional 9:30am to 5:30pm shifts.
Desirable Criteria
- Awareness of housing or repair services.
- Strong diary management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience supporting value-for-money service delivery.
