Interim Hotel Procurement Lead – Strategic Sourcing

Hosco is seeking an Interim Hotel Procurement Specialist to lead the procurement function across the hotel portfolio from its London HQ. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and brand standards.

In this fast-paced interim role, you will review current practices, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, F&B, and Development to support openings, refurbishments, and capital projects.
