Hybrid Assistant Technical Manager – Residential Projects

Places for People in the UK is seeking an Assistant Technical Manager to support the Places Developments technical team, delivering the technical aspects of residential development projects across the Midlands and North region. This role is predominantly home-based with the Leeds office visited weekly.

You will coordinate external consultants, manage production drawings, assist with planning applications and liaise with NHBC and Building Control to support timely completions.
