Hybrid AI Product Manager — Private Banking Strategy

NatWest Group is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager for PBWM. You will define the strategy and vision for our AI themes and work with stakeholders to prioritise progress against strategic goals such as Relationship Manager productivity and risk governance.

You’ll lead an Agile team, own the roadmap, and ensure the scale and governance of AI models, while translating client needs into measurable outcomes and key metrics.
