Customer Service Specialist – Water Utilities

Clancy is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our client South West Water, delivering high levels of service and keeping customers informed of progress. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth progression of works and maintain accurate records.

Excellent communication, empathy and organisational skills are essential, as is comfort with IT systems (including Excel) and a Full UK driving licence.
